The idea
Lets face facts if you don't like your job – get a different one!
BA staff are the best paid in the industry by a long way, yet feel the need to inflict pain and misery on millions by striking. Sorry – but if you don't like working for BA go to Virgin, Easyjet or Ryanair and enjoy your 25% pay cut. It is an outrage that this kind of behaviour is allowed and legal. Furthermore, it only really profits the leaders – Bob Crowe earns over £100k a year – how ridiculous – bet he isn't willing to give some of that up for others to get a higher wage.
Ultimately when has going on strike ever actually benefited the people doing it? It costs more in loss of pay than people expect to gain anyway – people need to start showing some common sense and resolve their issues properly instead of being taken in by people who think they can bully people in to giving in to unreasonable demands.
It is time to make the unions illegal. If you don't like your job, talk to your boss, if you don't get anywhere then find a different job.
Why is it important?
It will save businesses millions, boost the economy, and stop inflicting misery on the people of Britain.
