British Standard Time

The idea

High time to change our time system. British Summer Time should become British Srtandard Time and no revertion to GMT in winter.

I believe this would be an advantage to business and safety.

If Scotland want GMT in winter then we change time zones at the border jnust as travelling in Europe or USA.
