Driving Licences photos and renewals should
both be Optional – not substitute ID Cards
Why is it important?
Photos should be OPTIONAL. Renewing should be OPTIONAL for those who remain fit to drive. 10 yearly renewals amount to a wasteful bureaucratic tax we can all do without. Abolishing ID cards was right. So is this. Stop all this unnecessary monitoring and taxing.
