Free prescriptions for people born with life threating illnesses
Why is it important?
Children who are born with life limiting illnesses that hospitals say "its one of those things" need medication to help them through the rest of their lives how ever long that will be. At the moment children dont have to pay for prescriptions but what happens when they are 18 and not in education? they then have to pay for their prescripions for these vital medications.
These people need to have these prescriptions free so they havent got the burden find the money to pay for these medications. People who are diabetic etc, sometimes through unhealthy lifestyles, get free prescriptions for the medication they need so why not for people who are born with serious conditions??
